Shipping policy
Order Processing: Once you place your order, our team will begin processing it immediately. We strive to ship from the warehouse nearest to you to ensure prompt delivery.
Multiple Shipments: Due to our global customer base and inventory distribution across various warehouses, your order may be fulfilled from multiple locations. If items in your order are stocked at different warehouses, you may receive separate packages. Don’t worry if your first package doesn’t include all the items you ordered—additional packages are on the way! You will receive a separate tracking number for each package.
Made-to-Order Items: To prevent overproduction and ensure quality, some items are made-to-order. For these products, please allow a processing time of 2 to 4 business days before shipping.
Shipping Times: Your order may be fulfilled from multiple locations to ensure prompt delivery. We strive to ship from the warehouse nearest to you, with delivery typically taking 5 to 12 business days.
Tracking Information: After your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS containing your tracking numbers. Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update in the system, so don’t be alarmed if updates don't appear immediately.
