Refund policy

At SAVD Clothing, your satisfaction is our priority. We take pride in the quality of our products and are committed to addressing any concerns you may have about your purchase.

RETURN PERIOD

We offer a 30-day refund policy, allowing you to assess your item within 30 days of receipt. Please note that our refund policy is designed to address valid concerns and is not a blanket guarantee. We appreciate your cooperation in upholding the integrity of this policy. Please notice that final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

DAMAGED/FAULTY ITEMS

Although we do have strict quality assurance processes in place, from time to time unfortunately a garment with slight defects does make it into our retail warehouse, or is damaged during shipping. Damaged or faulty items do not need to be returned and we are happy to replace the item(s) free of charge. Please contact us with picture(s) of the complaint so we can resolve this with you.

REFUNDS

We will notify you if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. If you have any inquiries regarding EU returns, please contact us before initiating a return.
