Don’t worry if your first package doesn’t include all the items you ordered—additional packages are on the way! You will receive a separate tracking number for each package.

Made-to-Order Items: To prevent overproduction and ensure quality, some items are made-to-order. For these products, please allow a processing time of 2 to 4 business days before shipping.

Shipping Times: Your order may be fulfilled from multiple locations to ensure prompt delivery. We strive to ship from the warehouse nearest to you, with delivery typically taking 5 to 12 business days.

Tracking Information: After your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS containing your tracking numbers. Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update in the system, so don’t be alarmed if updates don't appear immediately.

Delivery Issues: If your order has not arrived within 30 business days, please contact us so we can assist you in following up with the shipping service.

• Orders over €99 will have free shipping.
• Orders under €99 will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method and country. Full price will be displayed at checkout.

In the event that the shipping address is incorrect and you wish to cancel the order, we will refund the order but will reserve 50% of the order value to cover lost goods & shipping costs.
